Are you tired? Do you snore?

1 in 6 Americans suffer from sleep apnea and 80% are undiagnosed.

Know your risk for sleep apnea.

What is Sleep Apnea?

Sleep apnea is a common condition that occurs when the muscles of throat relax during sleep, obstructing the airway and making breathing difficult and noisy (snoring). Paused breathing can result in a drop of blood oxygen levels. Since oxygen is fuel for the heart, these frequent pauses can lead to heart disease, including heart attack or stroke.
