About The Position
Join Medbridge Healthcare at our Miami Lakes FL location as a 1099 Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT). You will play a vital role in conducting and assessing sleep studies, contributing to patient care and outcomes.
Bilingual helpful but not necessary
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive polysomnographic testing and analysis.
- Monitor and document patient vitals and responses during studies.
- Calibrate and maintain polysomnographic equipment.
- Analyze and score sleep stages and related events.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient care.
- Educate patients on sleep study procedures and outcomes.
Requirements
- Current RPSGT certification.
- At least 2 years of experience conducting sleep studies.
- Proficient knowledge of sleep study protocols and equipment.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting sleep data.
- Excellent communication skills for patient interaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as needed.
