About The Position
Senior Sales Representative – Cardiac Monitoring (Territory-Based in Massachusetts)
Location: Boston Area | Travel: ~50-75% | Full-Time

This field-based role is perfect for a sales professional with a proven track record in cardiology who thrives on building relationships, navigating the full sales cycle, and consistently exceeding goals.
What You'll Do
- Achieve and exceed annual sales and test volume targets within your territory
- Create and evolve a territory-specific business plan to optimize targeting, strategy, and execution
- Build and strengthen client relationships across physician offices, clinics, and hospitals
- Secure new accounts, drive product evaluations, and resolve service issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep detailed and up-to-date records in Salesforce.com, including call notes and account insights
- Provide field intelligence on customer needs, competitor trends, and market developments
- Represent our brand and solutions with excellence and integrity
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- 2+ years of successful medical or pharmaceutical sales experience — cardiac or electrophysiology strongly preferred
- Experience selling service-based healthcare solutions
- Existing relationships in the cardiology or EP space (preferred)
- Ability to travel 50% of the time across your assigned territory
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM platforms like Salesforce
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
- No enforceable non-compete agreements with industry competitors
