Pivotal Health is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented EKG Technician to join our Cardiac Monitoring Center in Melbourne, Florida. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys rhythm interpretation, critical thinking, and working in a fast-paced clinical environment.

🩺 What You’ll Do
- Analyze ambulatory ECG transmissions and identify arrhythmias
- Prepare accurate, physician-ready reports using monitoring software
- Ensure timely report completion while maintaining high quality standards
- Monitor transmissions and escalate critical findings when necessary
- Maintain required certifications and continuing education
- Work collaboratively with clinical and operations teams
- Support daily workflow and productivity goals in a 24/7 monitoring environment
✅ Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Completion of a basic ECG course
- Ability to interpret ECG rhythm strips independently
- Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience
- CCT, EMT-B, EMT-P, or RN required
- CCT certification required within 90 days of hire if not already certified
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
