Schedule: Monday–Friday
Shifts: 10:00–6:30 • 11:30–8:00
About the Role
ReactDx is hiring a Patient Conversion Specialist for our Home Sleep Testing team. This role is ideal for someone with inside sales experience and strong customer service skills. You will speak with patients referred for home sleep testing and help guide them through scheduling and completing their test.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to patients referred for home sleep testing
- Explain the testing process, equipment, and insurance in simple terms
- Answer questions, overcome objections, and build patient trust
- Close patients on moving forward with the home sleep test
- Collect any required upfront payments
- Document all calls and updates in CRM software
- Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth patient experience
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Inside sales or call center sales experience required
- Strong customer service background
- Comfortable talking with patients and educating them
- Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly goals
- Clear communicator with strong follow up skills
