About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our busy and growing sleep medicine practice serving four clinic locations: Saginaw, Bay City, Midland, and Mt. Pleasant. This is an in-person, outpatient-only role with no evening or weekend call responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is passionate about sleep medicine and committed to providing high-quality care to patients with sleep-related disorders.
Schedule
- Full-time, outpatient clinic setting
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No evenings or weekend call
- Travel between clinic locations based on schedule
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person patient evaluations and follow-up visits
- Diagnose and manage sleep disorders, including:
- Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA)
- Narcolepsy
- Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS)
- Insomnia
- Review patient medical histories
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including CPAP therapy and medications
- Educate patients on sleep health, treatment compliance, and lifestyle modifications
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and clinical staff across locations
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
- Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license (Michigan)
- Board certification required
- Prior experience in sleep medicine preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Willingness to travel between clinic locations
