Integrated Sleep Care is seeking a Billing Manager to lead and optimize our revenue cycle operations. If you know how to drive collections, reduce denials, and lead a high-performing billing team, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.


💼 What You Will Do

  • Own the full revenue cycle from intake to payment
  • Monitor claims, A/R, and reimbursement performance
  • Ensure accurate coding for sleep studies and related services
  • Manage insurance claims, denials, and prior authorizations
  • Lead and develop billing staff
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and billing regulations
  • Track key metrics and drive process improvements

✅ What You Bring

  • 3 to 5+ years of medical billing experience (sleep or specialty preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding
  • Experience with EHR and billing systems
  • Leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
