What You'll Do

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on the road, loves meeting new people, and knows how to close a deal. Here's what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Pitching and selling our services to physician offices and hospitals
  • Managing your pipeline like a pro—finding leads, delivering sales presentations, and following up with quotes and contracts
  • Training physicians and their staff on our equipment and software
  • Getting hands-on with equipment installs (as needed)
  • Attending industry tradeshows and events to represent our brand
  • Staying on top of your sales targets and crushing them
  • Keeping your CRM squeaky clean with up-to-date client info
  • Traveling extensively within your territory (yes, you’ll rack up those miles!)

What You Bring to the Table

  • A high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • 2–5 years of outside sales experience—bonus points if it's in medical or private practice settings
  • A track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
  • Confidence in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A clean driving record and valid auto insurance
  • Comfort with business travel, including having access to a credit card for expenses
  • A solid understanding of ethical and compliant sales practices (HIPAA included)
