About The Position

Payroll Manager (Hybrid)

MedBridge Healthcare | Greenville (You must live in or around the Greenville area)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (In office 3 days a week)

MedBridge Healthcare is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to lead and elevate our payroll operations. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

What You Will Do

  • Own and oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for all employees
  • Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
  • Develop and enhance payroll processes to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Partner closely with HR and Finance to ensure alignment across compensation, benefits, and reporting
  • Manage and optimize payroll systems, ensuring data integrity and functionality
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies quickly and effectively
  • Act as a trusted resource for employee payroll questions and support

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of payroll management experience
  • Strong experience with payroll systems such as ADP Workforce Now or SAP
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
