About The Position

Medical Payment Posting Specialist – Glen Burnie, MD (Hybrid Option Available After 90 Days)

Full-Time | Schedule Options: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, or 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

MedBridge Healthcare is seeking a Payment Poster Specialist, for our ReactDX division, to join our growing team in Glen Burnie, MD. This is a full-time position with a hybrid work option available after 90 days. The ideal candidate will have at least 1–2 years of experience posting medical payments and a strong understanding of billing and insurance terminology.

What You’ll Do:

  • Accurately process and post insurance and patient payments, denials, and adjustments
  • Apply payments to patient accounts with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Interpret EOBs from various insurance payers
  • Reconcile accounts and track payment deposits
  • Identify and resolve payment discrepancies
  • Follow up on outstanding balances and underpayments
  • Maintain accurate billing records and file documentation as needed
  • Collaborate with management to address payment issues

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in medical payment posting (2+ years preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of medical billing and insurance terminology
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with electronic and manual payment processes

  • 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
  • 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
  • 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
