Formerly Corporate VP of Revenue Cycle with Fresenius Medical Care, the world’s largest provider of dialysis products, his efforts generated more than $10 billion in Net Patient Revenue while leading a team of more than 1,000 staff. He was also a VP with Apria Healthcare where he led and aligned foreign and domestic practices of the Customer Care Center as well as field operations. Ghentry's success in healthcare management can be attributed to his passion for patient care as a credentialed Respiratory Therapist. These core competencies reflect his commitment to improving outcomes, enhancing the quality of life for patients and reducing the overall cost of healthcare.
CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICERDavid Leete executes the company's financing activities to support growth initiatives. He joined MedBridge after serving as CFO for Global PTM, where he successfully restructured operations and expanded the company's international presence. Prior to Global PTM, Leete worked for almost a decade with Datastream Systems (now Infor), where he led financial planning and sales operations for a $120 million software company. He was part of the mergers and acquisitions team that transformed Infor into a multi-billion ERP solutions provider. He has an MBA from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Barbara Lebow, Esq.
CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER, GENERAL COUNSEL & SENIOR VICE PRESIDENTBarbara H. Lebow, Esq. has more than 30-years experience in healthcare. Starting her healthcare career working for the Veterans Administration Medical Centers, she has been General Counsel for St. Luke's Health System, Phoenix; Mercy Healthcare, Detroit; and, Saint Joseph's Health System, Atlanta. In private practice, her clients have included durable medical equipment providers, physicians, long-term care facilities, and managed care organizations. Barbara has given numerous presentations, from one hour speeches to all day workshops, on health law to healthcare providers, payors, attorneys, and the general public. She has taught a Master's level course on healthcare law at Mercer University and has written extensively on healthcare law topics. Barbara received her B.A. and J.D. from the University of Florida.

John Mathias is an accomplished operations and business development executive with thirty plus years of documented progressive leadership. John, is credentialed as an RRT. He was a founding member of the Maryland Sleep Society and currently is a member of the NSF Government Affairs Committee and AAST Best Practice for Sleep Disordered Breathing Work Group. John was recently honored with the Maryland Sleep Society’s 2016 Distinguished Honors award. Mr. Mathias has held past leadership positions with Primedica and Symphony Health Services in the respiratory care service sector. He is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Chief Financial OfficerAs CFO, Marlene oversees the strategic and financial growth functions for MedBridge and its subsidiaries. Previously with Barnes Healthcare Service, a national provider in the Home Medical Equipment, Infusion Therapy and Pharmaceutical arena, she served as CFO. Marlene has also held top financial positions for Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare, Knox County Hospital, and Pacer Health. Marlene’s expertise in Strategic Development, Revenue Cycle Enhancements, and positive growth initiatives are strong contributions to our executive team.
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENTRobert Miller has been a staunch advocate of sleep medicine for more than 20 years, with a unique clinical focus on both sales and operations. Robert, credentialed both as an RPSGT and an RST, is actively involved locally and nationally with various sleep associations and serves as the President of the Carolina Sleep Society. Prior to joining MedBridge in 2013, Robert served as a Senior Clinical Sales Specialist for Philips Respironics. He has also served as the National Director of Sleep Services for MedCath Partners. Robert began his career in sleep medicine at Carolinas Medical Center before being hired by Presbyterian Hospital to lead a multi-site, 24-bed sleep operation. He developed the curriculum for sleep technology at Central Piedmont Community College.
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS, MEDBRIDGE HOME MEDICALDavid McKin manages the daily operations of the Home Medical Division, including MedBridge Home Medical and Palmetto Oxygen. McKin has over 17 years of operations experience in Durable Medical Equipment, with a strong background in Revenue Cycle Management. David joined MedBridge in 2012 establishing standardized processes and efficiencies to our various therapeutic service offerings. After his arrival, McKin expanded the existing customer outreach model by constructing a resupply call center with a strong focus on customer engagement, therapy adherence, and positive therapeutic outcomes. This patient-centric approach to care continues to obtain expanding growth driven by seamless integration, exceptional industry adherence rates, and stellar customer satisfaction.
VICE PRESIDENT OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGYDavid Weiler, Vice President of Information Technology has over 15 years' experience in the HealthCare space, specifically in Sleep and DME. Since 2000 David has served as Director of IT for Precision Diagnostic Services, Seredor, the sleep division of Humana and currently MedBridge Healthcare. A graduate from the University of Mary, David and his wife Paula have four children, Jacob, a student/athlete at the University of Nebraska - Omaha, Josh, student/athlete at the University of Mary, Hannah a high school student at Fargo South and Emily a middle school student at Carl Ben Eielson Middle School also in Fargo.
Professionally David is currently active with the Midwest Chapter of Health Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS) and InfraGard, a security group which partners with the Federal Bureau of Investigations, concentrating on public infrastructure and recently served two terms on the board of directors North Dakota Informatics State Counsel.
Personally David enjoys spending time with his family, coaching boys and girls soccer, volunteering with his local church and spending time at the lake.
Seema Khosla, MD, FCCP, FAASM
Medical DIrector, PDSDr. Khosla is the Medical Director of the North Dakota Center for Sleep. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Sleep Medicine as well as the American Board of Internal Medicine in Pulmonary, Critical Care, Internal Medicine, and Sleep. Dr. Khosla is the only independent, board certified sleep physician in the region whose sole focus is sleep disorder diagnosis and treatment.
She completed her Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Kentucky. Her fellowship in Pulmonology, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine was completed at the Medical College of Georgia, Augusta, GA where she was Chief Fellow.
She is a Fellow of the College of Chest Physicians and a Fellow of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. She is active within the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and has been vice-Chair as well as co-Chair for the AASM Sleep Medicine Trends Course 2015-2018. She has been part of the AASM Taskforce for Sleep Telemedicine and was a co-author of the AASM Position Paper for Sleep Telemedicine as well as the AASM Telemedicine Implementation Guide. Dr. Khosla and her family reside in Moorhead, MN.
